Yesterday morning I drove to Xin Wuri to take the high-speed rail first.
The tickets of high-speed rail are expensive, but they are fast to the
destination. It took me about two hours from going out to Taipei Main Station.
Because we have arranged to meet at the New Taipei City Court
in the afternoon, so I have some time to walk around Taipei Main Station.
I walked around 228 Park, Ten Long book store, Soochow University,
Youth Park, Nanjichang Night Market, Ximending. I rode an UBike to shorten
the distance. Because Soochow University is still in summer vacation,
there are not many people there.
I haven't been to Taipei for many years, and I miss my life here.
Although there are many painful memories, they are still nostalgic.
I will come to Taipei again next time, go to other places I have never been
before.
In the afternoon, I went to the New Taipei City Court to wait for my
cousins to arrive. Taipei's MRT is very convenient, just go where you want
to take the MRT.
After my cousins came, we started to go through the relevant procedures.
The process is fairly smooth, because we have asked the court carefully
before, so we have all prepared relevant documents.
But they said it would take one to three months to process the case,
so we are worried that there may be too late.
When we received the official document from the Legal Department,
we must go through the formalities of abandon inheritance within three
months.
When I went back, I took the MRT with one of my cousins, she's pretty good
at talking, I am still not good at interpersonal relations.
After getting off at Banqiao Station, I walked around the business district
inside Banqiao Station. This is a bit like the underground street of
Taipei Main Station. In the end, I took the Tze-Chiang of Taiwan Railways
and went home.
I'm quite happy to go to Taipei this time. I haven't visited Taipei for
a long time, so I will come again if I have a chance.
