I went to Taipei yesterday, I went to the New Taipei City Court to handle
some matters for my mother and aunts. We received official documents from
the New Taipei Legal Department before. The official document mentioned
that my youngest uncle died, but he had some debt problems not finished,
so let my mother and her siblings go to the Legal Department to explain
clearly. My mother is the third heir, and my little uncle's wife and children
have made a statement to renounce inheritance.
We were quite surprised when we received the official document,
I asked about the results of the New Taipei City Legal Affairs Department,
and this is indeed the case. And then I called and asked other aunts,
see if they know the news. But they seem they have no idea about this.
Something happened before that caused the sever relationship with my uncle.
So other people also wonder why this happened.
After we prepare the documents, we made an appointment to go to the court
together yesterday.
