This is correct. As was noted previously, the Hydra skill on the PTR for Patch
2.2.0 is indeed bugged, and will be hotfixed shortly. With this, we'll also be
clearing the Wizard Solo, 2-Player, 3-Player and 4-Player Leaderboards on the
PTR at the same time.
