Entire Contract/Representations. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that
this Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with
respect to the sale and purchase of the Strata Lot and supersedes any prior
agreements, negotiations or discussions, whether oral or written, of the
Vendor and the Purchaser, including, without limitation, arising out of any
sales brochures, models, websites, representative view sets, showroom
displays, photographs, illustrations or renderings or other marketing
materials provided to the Purchaser or made available for his viewing
(collectively, the “Marketing Materials”) and Purchaser further
acknowledges and agrees that there are no representations, warranties,
conditions or collateral contracts, expressed or implied, statutory or
otherwise, or applicable hereto, made by the Vendor, its agents or employees,
or any other person on behalf of the Vendor, other than those contained
herein and in the Disclosure Statement only to the extent such that the
representations, warranties or conditions if any as contained in the
Disclosure Statement are mandated by law to form a part hereof.
