Recruit: English-Chinese translator. NT$52,500~75,000/month. Work from home.
PokerStars is contracting a highly experienced English-Chinese Translator on
a full-time contractor basis (40 hours/week), working from home.
◆ Job description:
Translate English website content, software content, newsletters, video
subtitles, promotions into Chinese. Most content is about poker and online
casino games. You would be assigned many small jobs on a daily basis, and
occasionally bigger projects. Small jobs usually need to be finished in a
day or two.
Excellent Chinese writing skills is essential, as your translation would
need to be written in a style that is consistent to the existing content.
◆ Compensation:
- NT$52,500~75,000/month, depending on your experience, work quality and
the competibility of your working hours to the UK team.
◆ Trial Period: 1 month.
◆ Requirements:
- 3 years experience as a full-time E-C translator OR equivalent experience
- Excellent Chinese writing skills (essential)
- Great attention to detail (essential)
- Even better if you are familiar with Trados
◆ Working hour: 8 hours. Flexible hours, however it is preferably
if your time overlaps UK (GMT) 9-18 as much as possible.
