雖然理想的老師會傳道、授業、解惑，甚至有教學相長這樣的師生互動關係，
但我們從小到大聽到『導師』這兩個字的時候，通常都會想到班上的級任導師。
所以在我們心中不免對導師有自然而然的尊重，
也相對地導致我們下意識地對導師這個名詞有上對下的階級感。
那在美國遇到的『導師』，或者說是Mentor，又會是怎麼樣的呢？
