My roommate is gonna move out Aug 1st. I'm looking for someone to sign a 1 year lease with me and another roommate starting from Aug 1st
About the room:
It is big room with a full-size closet. It will be unfurnished when you move in.
About the house:
- Located at 31st and wells, next to rocky's (15 min walk to IIT)
- It just has been remodeled for about 19 months, so everything is pretty much brand new.
- 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom
- laundry room is located down in the basement
- Tenants in the building are mostly students from IIT.
House rule:
- NO shoes in the house.
- NO smoking
- NO pet
- House is cleaned every sunday
About us:
- I'm a graduate student from IIT.
- 2nd roommate is undergrad student from IIT as well.
We are both busy but we chat with others when we are home.
Rent: 550 + utilities (around 65-90/month). One month deposit is required.
