我想申請博士班，不過今年10/7開始要服一年的義務役 退伍的時候大概已經是Sep 2015了
所以想申請 Spring, 2016的博士班課程
最近開始寄拜訪信給我有興趣的教授，然後這是我得到的其中一篇回覆：
Dear XXX,
Thank you very much for introducing yourself, and for the copy of your CV and
poster. I congratulate you on your excellent work. I regret that I currently
do not have any open funding for a new graduate student; the funding I have
for two new students in 2015 has already been committed to two other
candidates. However, I will keep your CV on file in case I obtain additional
funding.

不知道如果我回應說 我第一年願意自費的話是否能讓他更有意願收我呢？
另外，後來想想會不會是我寄信的時間點太早了，對教授來說就算現在有open funding
也是給2015年的計畫用吧？ 因為我寄了7封，另外1封直接寫明目前沒有收學生的意願，
其餘則是都沒有消息。
因此若是想申請2016春季班，是不是大概等到2015年3月之後再寫信會比較好呢？
