怎麼樣算早洩？醫學上似乎沒有一個很明確的共識。
引用歐洲泌尿學會在2016年針對男性性功能異常的治療指引中提到，
雖然針對早洩有諸多定義，但國際上目前仍然沒有共識的。
這份治療指引中引述了四個對早洩不同的定義。
1. DSM-IV對早洩的定義是"persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual
stimulation before, on, or shortly after penetration and before the person
wishes it. The clinician must take into account factors that affect duration of
the excitement phase, such as age, novelty of the sexual partner or situation,
and recent frequency of sexual activity"
簡單來說就是每次愛愛，男森不論是：1.還沒插進陰道 2.剛插進去 3.插進去一會兒
就射惹～ㄦ；而且這樣的射精是男森還不想射的時候就發生了。
除了插入陰道時間之外，還要考慮一些讓男生影響射精的因素，比如年紀、性伴侶是新鮮
貨色還是老夫老妻、是不是有玩一些角色扮演或是特別的情境羞恥play等等，還有最近的
性行為次數。
也就是DSM-IV的定義中其實沒有明確量化時間。(不過我也懶得去查DSM-V)
當然這也是因為研究上很難真正去定義出一個明確的時間點，但一般來說都是使用性交時
男性性器在女性陰道內活動的時間來做統計。
2. WHO的ICD-10則是定義早洩為"the inability to delay ejaculation sufficiently
to enjoy lovemaking, which is manifested by either an occurrence of ejaculation
before or very soon after the beginning of intercourse (if a time limit is
required: before or within 15 seconds of the beginning of intercourse) or
ejaculation occurs in the absence of sufficient erection to make intercourse
possible. The problem is not the result of prolonged absence from sexual
activity"
翻譯成中文就是男森hold不住射精的衝動，以至於無法享受愛愛的過程。
不管是開始活塞運動的15秒內就射精或是根本還沒勃起就射精惹。
而且這樣的早洩不是因為太久沒性行為而導致的。
所以我的詮釋是，WHO認為只男森女森都覺得有享受到性行為的愉悅，就可以不算早洩了。
如果真的要抓一個時間點，15秒。
3. The Second International Consultation on Sexual and Erectile Dysfunction針對
早洩的定義則是"ejaculation with minimal stimulation and earlier than desired,
before or soon after penetration, which causes bother or distress, and over
which the sufferer has little or no voluntary control"
翻譯起來就是男性有自身無法控制的下列幾點情形：1. 一點點性刺激就射精、2. 還不想
射精就射了、3. 還沒插入陰道或剛插入就射精，且這樣的早洩造成雙方性行為上的困擾
嘛，也是沒明確定義時間。
4. The International Society for Sexual Medicine則是做出以下三點定義：
"1. Ejaculation that always or nearly always occurs prior to or within about
1 minute of vaginal penetration (lifelong PE) or a clinically significant and
bothersome reduction in latency time, often to about 3 minutes or less
(acquired PE).
2. The inability to delay ejaculation on all or nearly all vaginal penetrations.
3. Negative personal consequences, such as distress, bother, frustration,
and/or the avoidance of sexual intimacy."
稍微翻譯一下就是...
1. 先天早洩 = 總是/常常在插入陰道前後1分鐘內就射精的人
後天早洩 = 差不多在插入陰道後3分鐘內就射精的人，且個案對這樣的提早射精是
感到困擾的。
2. 插入陰道後就很難hold住射精衝動的人。
3. 導致男性感到心理壓力、困擾、挫折感或逃避性行為的提早射精。
所以可以看到這個學會針對早洩的定義是既定量也定性，不管是造成性行為的障礙或是
實際上量化出來的時間(1 or 3分鐘)
但既然人家會提出四個定義，顯然就是眾說紛紜，不管你信不信總之有人不信。
但如果女森就是喜歡被捅個30分鐘一小時再被灌一頓粗飽。對這樣的人來說可能0~30分鐘
這個區段對你來說都是早洩。
相反的，我相信也會有人覺得被弄個五分鐘就受不了了想趕快結束，或是老娘都已經高潮
了你還在動什麼？所以對這樣的女森而言可能5~15分鐘是最適宜的。
所以結論來說，還是沒有一個很公定的時間說到底幾分鐘是快槍俠。
只能說如果對你及你的性伴侶而言，射精時間過長/過短造成困擾，建議還是尋求治療。
