It has come to our attention that there was an error in the room rate that was
applied to your reservation. We regret to inform you that we are unable to pr
oceed with the reservation on the erroneous room rate.
Rest assured that no payment has been made on your credit card.
The room(s) that you have reserved will continue to be made available to you a
t S$ 480 inclusive of tax and service charge per room per night. As a gesture
of good will, we will offer you a S$100 credit on your final bill should you
decide to stay with us.
