Based on the criteria and conditions set out in the recommendation, as from
18 June 2021 member states should gradually lift the travel restrictions at
the external borders for residents of the following third countries:

重要的是這一句：
Under the category of entities and territorial authorities that are not
recognised as states by at least one member state, travel restrictions for
Taiwan should also be gradually lifted.
在未被至少一個成員國承認的實體或領土當局中，台灣也可以被降低旅行要求。
註：
但要注意的是，入境仍看你「到達的國家」的規定為主，以我為例，如果像我要去的荷蘭
規定沒有變的話，連PCR陰性測試都不用了。
