截至昨晚為止最新的統計數據，俄羅斯已有63個確診病例，大都集中在莫斯科和聖彼得堡。
目前俄國衛生單位總共已檢驗104,000人，另外還有14,742人還在監測當中。
莫斯科市政府警告，如果違反14天隔離禁令者，最重可關五年。

Russia registered four more cases of coronavirus, Interfax reported, bringing the total number of infections to 63.
Rospotrebnadzor also said it ran just over 104,000 coronavirus tests since the start of the outbreak while 14,742 people are currently being monitored for coronavirus.
Moscow city authorities threatened prison terms of up to five years for people failing to self-isolate in their homes for two weeks after visiting countries hit hard by the coronavirus outbreak.
俄羅斯停飛歐洲義大利、德國、法國、西班牙的班機，
並停止發給中國、韓國、義大利遊客觀光護照。
Flights to Italy, Germany, France, and Spain are suspended, expanding travel restrictions already in place. Russia closed most of its border crossings with China two weeks ago and stopped issuing visas to Chinese, Iranian, South Korean, and Italian travelers.
◇遲早爆發社區感染，呼吸器數量將不敷使用
儘管俄羅斯很努力地保護民眾，早早就實行封鎖邊界等強力措施。
這使得俄國疫情沒有大爆發，目前病例都侷限在境外移入個案及其相關接觸人士。
但俄國政府官員仍預料，未來將會爆發境內社區感染。
俄國專家Pavel Brand醫生警告，如果俄國爆發義大利般的嚴重疫情，
呼吸器的數量將遠遠不足敷使用。
目前莫斯科市的呼吸器僅能照顧到1500~2000個病人，
如果未來疫情大爆發，呼吸器的數量要增加5~6倍，足以涵蓋給7500~12000個病人使用才行。
莫斯科市政府正在郊區興建野戰醫院，以免未來疫情爆發。
◇烏克蘭醫療資源不足
烏克蘭長期貧窮，許多人的生活物質匱乏，再加上醫療資源嚴重不足，如果疫情爆發會很悲慘。
多年的內戰與俄國攪局，烏克蘭東部的醫院和診所已有1/3被摧毀...。

This week Moscow’s mayor Sergei Sobyanin ordered the immediate building of a field hospital on the city’s outskirts, with construction crews already breaking ground as they prepare to bring in prefabricated buildings and medical equipment and hook up a sanitation system.
