「減害是世界衛生組織反煙策略」，王郁揚是台灣威卜 菸草減害網路媒體VAPE TAIWAN的
負責人，同時也是世界威卜聯盟(WVA)的會員。
“Harm reduction is WHO's anti-smoke strategy “, Danny Wang is the owner of
VAPE TAIWAN, Member of World Vapers’ Alliance.
他是全台唯一取得世界衛生組織 菸草控制框架公約 無煙菸草(WHO FCTC SLT)授證，並且
倡議菸草減害、2040無煙台灣以及電子菸合法化已有6年的時間。
He is the only person certified with WHO FCTC SLT in Taiwan, and have been
advocating tobacco harm reduction, smokefree Taiwan 2040 and legalising
vaping products for 6 years.
這支《我不是黴菌》紀錄片，記錄他為推廣電子菸合法化，參與台灣選舉。
