我也有同樣的疑惑，所以去查了一下資料
片中沒有明講日期，如果是5/27的話
當時發生了這樣的鳥事
以下摘自 《Dunkirk : Retreat to Victory》
Life for Lufftwaffw over Dirkirk was made easier than it need
have been thanks to a misunderstood order. The British 2nd Anti-
Aircraft Brigade, consisting 51st (3.7-inch heavy AA guns) and
58th Light Anti-Aircraft Regiments(40 mm Bofors ligh AA guns),
had been responisble for the anti-aircraft protection of Dunkirk.
On Monday 27 May, Lieutenant Colonel Bridgemen, the GSO 1 on Adam's
staff, briefed the liaison officer of Major General Anti-Aircraft
Artillery at GHQ, Major General H.G. Martin, that all guns were to
remain in action as long as possible, spare gunner were to fight as
infantry, and any gunner incapable of fighting, because of wounds,
lack of small arms and so on were to go to the beaches.
This order filtered down to the 2nd Anti-Aircraft Brigade as
requiring **all** gunners were to go to the beaches.
大抵意思是：
英軍第二防空旅當時負責空防
上面大頭跟聯絡官說要盡力讓防空砲火運作
預備砲手當步兵用
除非真的沒辦法操砲的才去海灘等撤退
但是不知為何第二防空旅收到的命令變成
「所有人」都給我去海灘
於是防空火力就鬧空城記了
