今年夏天，「猩球崛起(Rise of the Planet of the Apes, 2011)」系列的完結篇「猩球
崛起：終極決戰 (War for the Planet of the Apes, 2017)」就要上映了。剛好藉這個
機會，介紹一下此系列的始祖「浩劫餘生(Planet of the Apes, 1968)」系列。
大部分的觀眾多少知道提姆波頓(Tim Burton)執導的「決戰猩球 (Planet of the Apes,
2001)，是翻拍自「浩劫餘生(Planet of the Apes, 1968)」，但卻不知道其實這部原版
後續還有四部續集。
浩劫餘生五部曲，或是猩球五部曲，分別為：
1. 浩劫餘生 (Planet of the Apes, 1968)
2. 失陷猩球 (Beneath the Planet of the Apes, 1970)
3. 逃離猩球 (Escape from the Planet of the Apes, 1971)
4. 征服猩球 (Conquest of the Planet of the Apes, 1972)
5. 決戰猩球 (Battle for the Planet of the Apes, 1973)
這五部我不確定台灣當初有沒有上映，不過目前國內都已經有發行藍光，片名也統一翻譯
成「浩劫餘生1~5」(個人覺得這樣翻挺沒意思就是)。
這五部曲的評價與票房雖是每況愈下，但今日看來這系列其實是被當時觀眾給嚴重低估的
。尤其現在「猩球崛起」三部曲雖然號稱是猩球系列的前傳，但其實劇情就是取材至這五
部曲的末兩集，甚至說是翻拍也不為過，因此後面這些沒那麼有名的續集還是挺值得大家
補齊的。
