各位先進大家好，閒來無聊看到ROSC的定義的時候覺得有點不解，想跟大家請教一下：
根據1991年Utstein Definitions：
Any ROSC的定義是
By consensus, the phrase “any ROSC” is intended to represent
a brief (approximately 30 seconds) restoration of spontaneous circulation
that provides evidence of more than
an occasional gasp, occasional fleeting palpable pulse, or arterial waveform.
這樣定義的話，沒有自發性呼吸的腦死病患不就永遠沒有ROSC了嗎？

這個定義裡面只有提到restoration of circulation，完全沒有提到呼吸需要恢復。恢復自發呼吸可以作為ROSC的證據，但即使沒有恢復自發呼吸，摸得到pulse或量得到血壓也是ROSC的證據。
