‧ Aligned HR policies with group’s policies and ensure compliance with

‧ Implement HR initiatives as assigned by Regional HR Manager
‧ Facility and office lease management, including feedback on general pr

y management and coordination among the different parties.
‧ Organizing company events and staff activities.
‧ Maintain of maintaining ions including to maintain office supplies, co

management, and travel management.
‧ Assist in ad-hoc assignments as tasked.
【徵求條件】
‧ Degree or Master's degree in Business Management, or related qualifica
ti
.
‧ 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience in Marine or engineering industr
y.
‧ Able to communicate well in English & Mondrian to liaise with the peop
le
Singapore and Taiwan office.
【工作地點】
Qianzhen District, Kaohsiung City
【工作時間】
Mon to Fri, 9am -6pm
【月休】
週休二日，以每月四周為基準、
月休至少8天，逢紅就休。

年底分紅固定一個月，外加績效獎金1.5-3個月
根據表現，每年調薪，並且有機會到新加坡或者美國總部出差/跟教育訓練。
【薪資範圍】
月薪40,000-80,000台幣一個月
