【Position】Research Intern
【Headcount】1
【Location】based in Taipei. Nanjing Fuxing station
【Starting period】ASAP. Can start the internship in summer vocation; to be co
ntinuous during Semester(preferable)
【Role & Responsibility】
1. Using online and proprietary databases to identify candidates. Screening ca
ndidates on the phone interviews.
2. Researching in various industries (companies) such as Corporate Service, fi
nancial, and non-tech sector.
3. Assisting in launching marketing campaigns from planning to identifying tar
get audience.
4. Maintaining and updating database and candidates for research purpose.
5. Being able to work in a global work environment and learn all industries in
a very short time.
【Requirements】
1. College students and graduate students in various majors expected to gradua
te in 2022/2023.
2. Outgoing and creative personality. Can make cold calls with strangers and t
hink outside of box to find solution.
3. Good team player, abilities to work under pressure, and commitment to the i
nternship.
4. Basic knowledge in Human Resource Management and Business Administration.
5. Excellent English communication skills are required (Reading and Writing).
【Working hours】
1. Expect full-time during summer vacation (9:30am-18:30pm with lunch break)
2. Flexible working hours (at least 2-3 full days or at least 20 hours per wee
k) during the semester.
