【工作內容】
‧ Customer Service – provide e-mail and phone support to our customers to th
e required standard which ensures a good balance between productivity and qual
ity
‧ Ability to liaise with other departments as necessary
‧ Identify process improvement opportunities and raise through the appropriat
e forum
‧ Support customers directly on the ground at major events around the world
‧ Any other tasks as required

【工作時間】
每週40小時
8：00～22：00（排班）
一天不超過8小時
