工程專案行政專員(正職)
【工作內容】
Arrange daily jobs for service teams and contractors on a timely basis.
Collect and record progress for all service activities, tasks and projects
carried out by the service team and report to the Service Manager.
Escalate progress problems to management as soon as they become apparent.
Inform customers on a regular basis of planned work and answer work
arrangement related questions.
Maintain the various databases and prepare reports requested by head-office
and supervisor.
Review the remaining task database and WEC journal and organize necessary
material.
Review the reports completed by the service technicians and arrange
appropriate follow up action.
Confirm the correct qualification of technicians when assigning work.
Generally try to achieve the aims and objectives set out by the company.
Fleet management.
