【工作職缺】 約聘總機 Term Receptionist
【工作內容】
Under the general direction of the Management and Consular Program Manager and the direct
supervision of the Office and Personnel Manager, operates the central telephone switchboard serving
all programs of the mission and other co-located government departments, as well as provincial
representative (Alberta); provides general information to visitors on the Consular, Trade/ Investment,
and General Relations programs; and refers Immigration clients to the Consulate General of Canada in
Hong Kong; controls physical access to the Chancery and provides a front-line security system; and
performs other duties.
【徵求條件】
Essential requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate clearly in their application how they meet the education and
experience requirements listed below:
a. Education: Successful completion of Senior High School required and University degree
preferred
b. Experience:
Work experience in an office environment;
Experience working in a client-service oriented office environment, including the delivery
of courteous and effective in-person service;
Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and other webbased
applications in an office environment;
Language requirement:
Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Rated requirements:
Only candidates who meet the education and experience requirements will be contacted for
assessment of the rated requirements. The assessment of the rated requirements below may include
an interview, a written test, and other tests that will consist of a series of questions designed to
evaluate each applicant's knowledge, abilities and personal suitability for the position.
a. Knowledge:
PC skills - Microsoft Outlook, Explorer (internet) Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Knowledge of general office procedures and practices;
b. Abilities:
Ability to take direction and follow instructions;
Ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment;
Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing;
Ability to work independently as well as work in groups;
c. Personal suitability:
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Attention to details;
Adaptability and flexibility;
Strong focus on client service;
Asset requirements:
Preference may be given to candidates who have the following asset qualifications:
University degree;
Previous work experience at the Canadian Trade Office in Taipei, or study or work in
Canada;
Fluency (written/spoken) in French and Taiwanese;
Knowledge of Consular/Passport procedures;
Previous work experience as Receptionist;
Operational requirements:
Must be able to work overtime on short notice on occasion;

【工作地點】
Location: Canadian Trade Office in Taipei
【工作時間】

【薪資範圍】
NT$480,882 per annum, plus benefits
※行政院勞委會於107年1月1日起調漲基本工資為月薪22,000元
※無薪資、比照國科會、比照本校規定、面議、電議,薪資不清等水桶一週
時薪工作請貼Part-Time板
月薪未達22000一樣會被刪文
