【工作職缺】
Customer Service Manager
We are looking for a smart, positive, and energetic professional who finds
pleasure in servicing customers with a strong attention to detail on resource
needs. The role will report to the General Manager and be the frontline to
handle income business requests. If you are seeking to make a difference in
what you do and want to be part of a young, energetic team of talented
professionals, please come and join us.
【工作內容】
- Handling Customer bookings for training requirements, transport,
accommodation, and internal travel bookings
- Effectively troubleshoot or resolve customer requirements on a regular basis
- General administration and Receptionist role
- Incoming enquiries, mailing, schedule coordination, and facilitation
communication both internal and external parties
- Information and documentation management
- Official letter writing to government entities and assisting with corporate
information management
- Develop general marketing materials and the management of online mediums
- Procurement
- General office supplies and technical replacement parts
【徵求條件】
- 5-15 years experience in a front line/customer engagement role
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (Written and Spoken)
- High effectiveness in multitasking, and problem solving for internal staff
and clients
- Ability to work independently, develop and maintain SOP on client service
and resource management
- Strong business writing and communication skills, professionalism and clarity
in responding to challenging or complex issues
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Word/Excel/Powerpoint
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the aviation industry; crew training/ground staff
- Use of Photoshop/Illustrator or other computer artwork tools
- Website development, social media platform management skills
- Event and activity coordination, PR, and media communication experience

【工作時間】
9:00AM-5:00PM
