【工作內容】
- Solve customer queries or issues in terms of pre-sales and post-sales as
end-to-end service.
- Understand needs and problems of customers and propose suitable solutions
and provide supports of pre-sales and post-sales activities by both written
and verbal communications with customers.
- Prepare reports of pre-sales support, post-sales support and sales
activities.
- Co-work with multiple internal functions as key contact window to
customers.
- Localize communication messages and materials to have effective
communications with customers based on direction from eComm Biz lead.
- Support for eComm Biz lead to Identify issues of the website and work with
web production team on improvements.
