【工作職缺】
Researcher / Search Consultant 1名
【工作內容】
Undertake search assignments in pre-defined industry which covers:
- Target company listing
- Name-gathering of appropriate candidates
- Interview candidates to determine whether the candidate is a) Suitable for
the current opening created by our client or b) Interested to make a career
move and has potential to become a star candidate for future assignments
- Communicate with client to determine its requirement and present
candidates accordingly
- Arrange/ Prepare/ Debrief candidate/client before and after interview
- Negotiate offer on client and candidate’s behalf
- Assist in facilitating candidate’s resignation and transition to new
company
- Case closing
- Database maintenance

- At least 1 years or above working experience in Industrial/ Technology/
Life Science related industries
- Bachelor degree or above. Degree in industrial/ electronics/ chemical
related is preferred
- Excellent communication skill via telephone and face to face
- Eager to explore new things
- Fluent in English and Mandarin. Ability to demonstrate effective
professional business communication skills
- Proficiency with basic Internet search skills
- Interested in Recruitment Agency. Experience in recruiting preferred, but
not required
- Aggressive, high-pace and can work under pressure
