[問題] 要怎麼寄信給美國Apple store?

如題,中午去一趟101,花了三小時,一肚子苦水不吐不快。
我4/3 預約到4/10 genius bar 更換電池項目,期間來來回回收到Apple support 的電話
和信件通知,告知電池可能要等久一點,但genius bar 可以不用取消。
想說4/6 要去威秀看電影,順道過去問。服務人員很nice, 說4/10 來就對了,差不多等2
-3 小時就好,所以我今天中午就如期跑一趟結果令人失望,竟然要我等到20:30,天啊,
我換一個轎車引擎也不用8小時啊,裏面的工作人員都是用布遮眼維修嗎?像以前當兵測
試矇眼拆解槍支一樣?
我以前待過手機廠從打SMT, MB test, Assembly, Functional test, CQA 到Packing, 從
無到做出一支全新手機也不用二小時。
我瀏覧Apple store 網站實在找不到可以寄給US Apple store 的地方,有人可以教我怎
麼寄嗎?我已經寫好了。
Super bad experience of Apple store in Taipei 101
I want to be a nice customer but this time I can’t stand the bad service qual
ity that I met.
I thought I will begin my trip in the middle of April and my iPhone’s battery
seems can’t stay for half day, It’s not a convenient thing during the trip,
so I try to reserve the Apple support and choice the “meet the genius ” an
d selected battery replacement subject. I thought I’m lucky to have a genius
bar support before my trip, but that is actually turning out a nightmare.
First I got an confirmed email said I’m succeed to have a appointment for gen
ius bar, and after hours ago I received another email said I need to contact t
he apple support to check the battery type in case they don’t have the batter
y to replace, so I called the apple support, the customer service from the pho
ne is very nice and enthusiasm and try to help me, and she said the battery ma
y be running out and late, but I still can go ahead to the genius bar for batt
ery replacement, she will help me to order the battery.
But after one day, I received another email tell the battery is late and need
to wait 2-5 weeks, That’s fine, I still can wait, then I thought I had a app
ointment in the area near Taipei 101 in last Saturday, I can come there direct
ly to ask all the information.
Then I came to the Apple store in Taipei 101 last Saturday(4/6) and show my em
ail for genius bar meeting (4/10) to the genius bar receptionist, he said “No
problem, you just come here at that time, the battery change just 2~3 hours”
. I thank to him and left the store, I didn’t expect that I still have a hope
to have new battery for my trip, it’s quickly destroyed though.
Today(4/10), I went to the store in time(12:25) and follow the instructions fr
om the the store employee and just wait several minutes, then the employee tol
d me, your battery seems a little damaged but still work(Oh, thanks to God, bu
t I’m not blind, it can boot up normally, but it was exhausted soon).
And he said if you want to change the battery, you need to wait until 20:30.
I felt so shock at that moment, I told him wait for seconds I need to check m
y schedule and I found I have a course in 21:00 and it can’t be canceled, the
refore , I beg to him and said, could you please advance the time to 19:00, I
’m Ok to drop by here at that time to get my phone, but he said, “ No, 20:3
0 is the only time”.
That is so crazy, I can’t imagine I just want to replace my battery and it ne
ed to take 8 hours long, even I replace my car’s engine it doesn’t need to t
ake 8 hours, does Apple store fool me? is it reasonable for the battery change
time even I already have a reservation for the genius bar.
I can confess I’m a big fan for Apple, I have iPhone , imac, macbook, watch,
AirPods,
Apple product is amazing to me to compare the other company’s product, but th
e service in Taiwan is terrible though , I think this bad experience won’t s
top me to purchase Apple product in the future, but in my mind the Apple store
in Taipei 101 is a super joke, I won’t go to that store anymore. The manager
in the repair department should be shamed on this, the US should go over the
whole repair process, the Taipei 101 Apple store just make a new world recor
d for battery change time, LMAO.
