小弟目前租約大概剩兩個月到期，房東頻頻打電話來騷擾，一下說要辦陽台補登，需請代
書入內拍照；一下說自己生重病，需要賣房。
因內人懷孕九個月（上週五順利生產），便回覆待產不方便有陌生人進屋，照片由小弟拍
照line給她，也明確告知租約到期會搬走，如期交屋。
前言到就到此。
因為急需新房子安頓妻小，這陣子很頻繁地在看新店的房訊，昨晚591突然出現一個在北
新國小正門對面那棟房屋的出租物件：
25坪，兩房一廳一衛一陽台，傢俱全有，全新內裝，新粉刷，含水電網路管理費才19000
！
立馬留言並傳email給屋主（因電話無人接）
屋主約一小時後回信：
Hello,
I just received your message . Can we communicate in English language? My Chin
ese mandarine is not very good .
My name is Somers Denvon, the owner of the apartment. I'm 45 years old and I a
m working as a project manager for Tolent Construction ,in London United Kingd
om. I bought this apartment for my daughter , during her studies in Taipei, bu
t now she's back home permanently, so I'm renting the place for unlimited time
.
Now, let me give you some info about my house.
The apartment is fully furnished with all the necessary equipment and applianc
es. As you saw in the pictures it is in excellent condition, very clean and we
ll kept. The rent will be 19000 $twd per month including water,internet/TV Cab
le and management fees . Also, a security deposit (bond) of 19000 $twd is requ
ired and it will be refunded at the end of the contract (a 30 day notice is re
quired). 1 Parking space is reserved for my house. That's all i can say for n
ow . If you have questions , don't hesitate to contact me.
Unfortunately, my job doesn’t allow me to do any travel for the next few mont
hs, so I will not be able to come and meet you personally for a while.
I can make the viewing arrangements from London (on my expense of course) so y
ou can be able to inspect my apartment ( through a rental agency).

看完信還以為是兒子神力發作，讓爸爸遇到上天的恩賜，怎麼會有這麼棒的屋主。於是回
了一封文情並茂的英文信自我介紹，並懇求屋主將房子租給小弟。
但是在按下寄出的瞬間，靈光一閃，google了一下Somers Denvon，馬上就出現租賃詐騙
的分享經驗。小弟立馬檢舉該物件，今天早上查591該物件已經下架，我幸運地沒有腦衝
跟對方繼續洽談。
因為對方沒再回信，我不知道有沒有人成為他鎖定的對象，特此分享一下供網友注意，也
謝謝之前分享的版友，讓我沒有被詐騙。
