上週在selfridges下了兩張單
今天想要用APP追蹤訂單進度
但手機APP莫名被自動登出帳戶
改用電腦版也一樣而且還說密碼錯誤
後來乾脆使用介面上的選項寄發一組新密碼
還是無法登入 接著直接說錯誤超過六次無法登入
"Due to 6 unsuccessful password attempts, you will be unable to logon."
我想寫信去客服問 用電腦版整篇打完了按發送出現

想說或許是電腦的問題 又換了手機APP還是一樣.................
剛進信箱用selfridges寄過來的信 內建contact us的連結
連出去的畫面顯示

請問版上有人遇過這個問題嗎 囧 這網站到底怎麼了??
