我在國外網站買了皮夾，
使用VISA卡在網站輸入資料後，
卻出現以下錯誤訊息

Merchant Reference No. :02170379
這意思究竟是有成功還是沒有成功呢？
出現錯誤訊息後也沒自動跳回商品網站，
寫信到該網站客服，有英國客服跟香港客服我都寄了，
可是他們都未回信，
打電話到信用卡發卡銀行客服問，他們說目前是沒看到這筆交易出現，
那我要再重新結帳一次嗎？
