剛看到台裔記者/美食家 魏貝珊 分享台灣的駕駛文化
If you see a woman screaming at drivers for not letting our car merge on the
freeway - that woman is me. I’ve lost all patience for Taiwanese driving
culture.
如果你看到一位女生在高速公路上因為車輛不讓她的車匯入車道而對其他駕駛大喊大叫，
那個女人就是我。我已經對台灣的駕駛文化完全失去耐心了。

A word of advice from experience - do not forget to turn your blinker on when
you merge. Many drivers are so upset that someone merged in front of them
that they will go through all effort to report you to the Police if you
forget the blinker.
從經驗中給出一個忠告：當你合併車道時，別忘了打方向燈。許多駕駛因為有人在他們前
面匯入車道是感到不爽，如果你忘記打方向燈，他們會不惜一切代價向警方檢舉你。

The one thing Taiwanese drivers do not seem to be able to understand is that
traffic flows faster if everyone drives more defensively and lets others
merge. Pressing to get ahead makes traffic slower for everyone (Braess's
paradox).

The collective IQ in Taiwan drops by 50% as soon as they sit behind the
wheel. Who gave the people here their driver's licenses is a mystery to me.
