在台灣，女性晚上在外走路安全嗎？
我在台北待了幾週，有時看到女性在天黑後獨自走路，去購物或辦事。
我來自美國的都市區，這裡的許多女性夜晚出門都會感到緊張。
我不是指凌晨3點，而是像晚上9點。
