剛好上個月整理了酷龍的煞車~

週末早起整理煞車

每天看著掉漆的總泵跟已糊到不能再糊的煞車窗鏡
還有日漸僵硬的煞車手感所苦

拆車前的準備工具，還有很多重工具搭配…參考就好

拆鬆來令片插銷螺絲，在車上時比較好施工先作

利用單向閥、醬菜瓶的煞車液收集器，算是小改良單純接保特瓶
就不會一直東倒西歪
多接一小段管子方便搭配針筒吸氣空作負壓
這樣在結束時，拔管的瞬間一滴煞車液都不會流出來，全抽到瓶子裡

這次整理要上漆，拆下整組油杯

卡鉗也拔下來，準備海綿，覺得煞車液會滴到馬上沾水打溼

拆除來令片插銷、裝上擠活塞的特工，打氣加壓把活塞退出來
也許對很多新手都很擔心這一步，但玩車就充滿著門坎

活塞拋光後沒有刮痕、沙孔的話通常是可以放心使用

清潔最常用的還是小銅刷、小鋼刷、魔布，刷幾下，擦一擦，重複這個動作
配合一些WD40，這些黑漆漆東西都很容易刷除擦掉

裝回活塞，在油、土封擦些矽油或矽膏
可以讓煞車的順暢度維持相當長久

來令片要除油，可以用一些些煤油或汽油，之後肥皂粉多刷幾下
乾燥後期待成果

插銷上的銹痕，則可以利用電鑽、砂紙，讓表面恢復平整
每隔一段時間都可以保養一下插銷，煞車的順暢度
很大一部分也是這部分在影響

油杯，總泵，其實構造也很簡單，關鍵在你敢不敢拆而已
然後橡皮的東西，真的別用會揮發的東西洗
就算是煞清劑其實我也不建議，煞清劑我頂多用來把碟盤跟來令片去油
要擦這些東西，就使用魔布+WD40，噴一些在布上，擦幾次就會乾淨
銹、生成物，主要用刷的，或是用超音波抖，小蜜蜂+銅刷或鋼刷
會讓事情變得很容易

窗鏡的話我自己還是習慣在噴漆前就先安裝好
噴完漆後再裝這個小東西，一不小心怕又把漆面弄壞了

油杯裡的活塞，橡皮的部分上些矽油或矽膏，順暢度相當好
煞車開關的 Pin 腳用砂紙打磨

將油杯裝回車上固定好，再次裝上換煞車液特工
有單向閥的加持，就不用擔心煞車液跟空氣還會回流下不去

以酷龍來說大概只要抓半個紙杯再多一些
應該就足以讓煞車系統順利運作
利用針筒來注入煞車液，避免倒的時候撒出來
這次紀錄整理煞車，還真沒注意到在安裝油杯時的扣座，UP 的方向裝反了XD
回頭看照片才發現~哈哈哈~
