[請問] can't type chinese

few days ago I upgraded my notebook to window 8.1
but it sucks a lot, and I reverse it back to 8.0
by doing so, all programs I used to have are erased
and I can't type chinese now
I go to control pannel and confirm I do have a chinese type program
but no matter how many times I click on "shift"
I can't change it to chinese type. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE

tried alt-shift?用shift切中英只有你已經在中文輸入法的狀態下有用

試過重開機嗎xD對了 w8的輸入法切換 不是windwos鍵加space嗎?

對阿 w8的語言切換已經不是用shift了喔

is it? but I use shift for half years, it always workedtry 重開機 not workingOK 我剛剛下載新注音2003 居然可以打了 爛透了
