[#Warcraft] Realms were brought back down to resolve the issue with World
Quests. Realms should be coming back up at this time. Thanks!
週二晚間是美服重開的時間，重開後卻出現異常現象
WQ無法正常觸發，殺了目標怪物也不算達成
所以又緊急重開+回溯
回溯後，特使箱子任務原本完成但沒去領獎賞的變成未完成
（如祺倫托3/3 變成 0/3，副本WQ明明打過也重新出現）
