People who run marathons train for a very long time to build up the strength
and the stamina and the breathing control to go the distance. They don't
suddenly get up one morning and decide to enter a five-kilometer race.
The same goes for other areas of life, even those that don't involve physical
fitness. You may not be happy with yourself for not performing well in some
way. Don't blame yourself. You really need to practice, practice, practice
until you get it right. That's really all you have to do.
