好奇怎麼會得出這個推論？律師是說職缺要送 LCA才能請H-1B，可能 LCA要更新。
又因為 LCA不能太早送，最早日期是開工日前 180天，因此六月回來後再送H-1B延
長。
第二段是說護照上有H-1B簽證，而且 I-129有效時，不影響入境資格。人在境外時
H-1B延長通過（此時之前的 I-129可能過期了），入境時候就要搭配I-797B跟
I-129影本、 EVL證明H-1B資格有效。

完全得不到這個結論，怎麼冒出來的？

不會有影響，但是第二段提到薪資單，留職停薪就沒有，因此準備 EVL代替。
