各位好，我在三天前上加拿大移民局網站申請eTA，繳費完成後有收到下列email
Your application for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) has
been received.
A review of your file is underway. You will be advised within 72 hours of
next steps regarding your application.
You can check the status of your application by using the
Check eTA status tool.
To do this, you will need the application number noted above and
details from the passport you used to apply for your eTA.
但是到現在還沒收到approval或要求上傳document的文件
另外上官網看eTA application status卻告訴我找不到我的申請紀錄(我有申請代號)
請問有人有發生類似的狀況嗎? 我是否需要重新申請一次?
或是我可以email哪個窗口詢問嗎? 網站上也沒找到可以聯絡的方式...
