1.Consider the following-point representation.Suppose that the exponent is
stored using Excess-127 representation.(a)What is the maximal number that can
be represented using this format?(b)What is the minimal positive number that
can be represented using format?
他說的格式 是單倍精準
(a)最大值應該是0 11111110 1111.........
(b)最小正數是全部都0嗎?
另外回答答案 要用這個格式回答還是要把他轉成十進位?
2.Suppose that the ASCII codes for"A"to"Z" are from (41)16 to (5A)16 and the
ASCII codes for "a"to"z"are from (61)16~(7A)16.Assume that character variable
ch stores a lower-case letter.Write a logic expression that applies AND,OR or
NOT to ch to capitalize it(converting"a"to"A","b"to"B",and so on.)
題目的16指的是16進位 因為不會打出小16在旁邊 SOR
這題是在考遮罩吧 只要用OR 把第6個位元轉成1 就能小寫變大寫
可是我不知道怎麼表示成答案
