Responsibilities:
‧ Handle software development projects through each step of its life cycle
with quality assurance in mind. From initiation, analysis, design, planning,
execution, and delivery
‧ Build and drive the team to develop a project scope, objectives, detailed
plans, and quality metrics
‧ Keep team motivation and engagement by building trust, inspiring and
developing people
‧ Collaborate closely with people across the company (product managers,
department heads, peer project managers, HR), and external business partners
or customers
‧ Monitor and report to stakeholders on the project state
能力經歷要求:
‧ Proven professional experience in managing software development projects
‧ Good expertise in technical aspects and overall system architecture with
business awareness
‧ Experience in people management (solving difficult situations, communicate
changes, and other business decisions, motivate & develop people)
‧ Ability to make decisions even in ambiguous situations and convince others
to them
‧ The attitude we appreciate: "can-do", team player, well organized,
self-reliant and self-discipline
‧ English and Chinese – working knowledge, both written and spoken
‧ Technical background.
