Simona Halep is suing Quantum Nutrition, the company that made the supplement th
at she says led to her 4 year doping ban.
She’s seeking more than $10 million in damages. She’s also seeking punitive da
mages.
Simona maintains that she never intentionally used a banned substance and says t
he company’s negligence caused her humiliation & hurt her career.
Halep is still waiting to hear the decision on her appeal.
