“Is it fair to say Marcus, despite losing,
put up more of a fight than perhaps the
England football team did,” the journalist asked.
“是不是可以說:Marcus除了輸給你之外，他或許比英格蘭
足球隊更積極地奮鬥求勝呢?” 記者問。
It drew laughs from the gallery and a pained
expression from Federer, who artfully dodged the
question.
“I didn’t see the match, so I can’t comment on
that. Such a pity,” said Federer, with a smile.
“I was playing, I was in the press, right?
Actually, I got an alibi.”
現場引起一陣笑聲，費德勒苦笑，然後試著技巧性地

“You’re brutal, you guys,” Federer responded.
