Physical Design (APR) /STA Engineer
Requirement:
1. Has physical design (APR) experience
2. Familiar with PrimeTime (including PrimeTime TCL coding) & spice
simulation
3. Has experience on signoff criteria definition is a bonus
4. > 5 year work experience on related subjects
DFT (Design-for-Testing) Engineer
Requirement:
1. Define DFT plan and execute DFT/ATPG task
2. Familiar with STA and physical design (APR)
3. Familiar with test flow and post-silicon debug procedure
4. > 5 year work experience on related subjects
Pay
NTD 150w~300w /yr
