但你是一個持續成長中的個體，牛牛，你擁有美麗的靈魂和可塑的潛能。當你又想對自己做出評價時，一定要記得，做出你想要的改變，並用愛為之。

We learn to judge at an early age. From the way someone plays on the playground in kindergarten to the clothes someone wears in high school - we are constantly thinking about and making appraisals of others. Part of that comes from trying to figure out where we stand in the mix. And sometimes our judgment of ourselves can be quite harsh.
