最近站長不只一次被問到：
「聽說北門路那邊開了一間東南亞商品大賣場，在哪裡啊？」
起先只是覺得，大概就像是台南公園附近那些外籍朋友聚集的店家差不多吧？
後來仔細想想，地址如果是在北門路上，該不會是舊台鐵倉庫的位置，
如果是的話，那賣場應該算不小吧？於是，趁著某天傍晚的時候，
我尋著查到的地址前往，發現果然是在想像中的台鐵倉庫位置，
招牌上寫著「Big King 東南百貨進口批發超市」

Big King這個成立於2009年，是玉凰國際貿易公司底下的賣場品牌，
主要從事於東南亞進口商品販售。第一家商店位於台中市，
之後陸續於桃園市以及高雄市開設分店，
提供給來台灣工作的外籍人士方便購買的日常用品以及食品。
在九月初的時候，台南店也開幕了，瞬間變成詢問度很高的點。

門口可以看到開幕祝賀花籃還好好的擺著，新店開張的氣氛依然相當濃厚

我們是週日傍晚前往Big king，排隊結帳的人潮還不少。仔細看了一下面孔，
有東南亞外籍的朋友、也有比較西方的臉，但最大宗還是本地人的顧客

櫃台左邊是國際電話卡的區域，站長不太清楚實質的作用，
但應該是給外籍的朋友打國際電話回家使用

賣場主要分為幾個區域，在前頭的貨架上都有標明「國家」，
例如右手邊算起的第一排就是菲律賓區

菲律賓區當然就是賣菲律賓的產品，
有很多餅乾、調味料、罐頭等等的當地商品

小香腸罐頭，上面清楚地標示了產地為「菲律賓」

印尼區東西比較少一些，只有一個貨架，而且大部分都是醬料與調味粉

接著是越南與泰國區，也是這裡最大宗的兩區

泰國這區除了吃的產品之外，還賣起日用品，
有點像之前樂活台南介紹過的泰邦泰式料理，
裡面也有賣很多泰國的日用品，其中不乏台灣可以看到的大廠牌泰國版

椰糖，很多人去東南亞旅遊時常會買小糖果，其中又以泰國的椰糖最出名

賣場橫觀視角，很多人都是攜家帶眷地來逛

最後面的位置是泡麵區，可以在這裡看到不同國家的各式泡麵

另外有個區很特別，產品包裝的感覺就與前幾區不太一樣，
但並未標注是那一國

近距離仔細一看，上面寫得是韓文！原來這裡也有賣韓貨啊？
這時突然想起賣場入口上方有顯示日本與韓國的國旗，原來是這樣...

左側的地方還有多貨物尚未整理，成箱成箱地堆在賣場邊

角落的地方有冷凍櫃，本以為是冰品，結果只有放一些冷凍的漁獲

也有買冷藏飲料的地方，左半邊都是台灣貨，右邊則有一些東南亞的飲料

又看到維他奶了，算是能見度比較高的商品之一

結帳櫃台右後方是西聯的櫃位，一般民眾可能不太清楚，
這個是給外籍朋友匯錢的地方，有用Google Adsense的應該也相當熟悉，
不過台灣人換西聯大部分都是去代辦銀行居多
