車位：機車車位乙個已租在B2，房東也繳掉了您不用繳。
垃圾：子母車需自行分類
屋主自租，仲勿擾。站內信或加我line： loludm (純英文字母無數字)
可自行申請租金補助亦可設籍(但不租時要退掉)，因為我都有誠實繳稅>.<
附註：若可以的話，來信若附上簡單自介，財力證明，要租這套房的原因，
我會優先帶您看房。因為租得便宜，所以我更要篩選租客，
以免租得便宜還要受租客未準時交租或不交租的氣>.<
另外我會希望簽長約(至少三年以上)。
租金便宜是因為您需要自行負擔所有附屬配備的維修費。我只想穩定收租。
(因為我的住家離這裡太遠了，跑一趟的時間損失太大了，
我又育有兩兒沒空，所以租金便宜，但房客要自行負擔維修費，
不過放心，所有家電器具在出租的當下都是好的或新的。)
另外也警告由於廁所旁是管道間，會比較吵。
鄰居也可能吸煙，
但因為廁所同排氣管的隔壁好像是女生且不吸煙(其實我不認識對方)，
我不希望因為我出租給不好的房客導致對方要搬家，所以禁煙。大樓禁寵。
這份租約要求公證，公證費我出。
電梯式套房，電梯需磁扣感應。內外門，外門可自行換鎖。
書桌、床架、衣櫥、鞋櫃、電視。
冰箱全新且是一級能效，冷氣也是三年內變頻。
浴室是瞬熱式熱水器，今年才換新的，且有漏電斷路器，可安心使用。
浴室的抽風機有獨立開關，不會與電燈連動。
頂樓投幣式有洗有烘。
頂樓可曬衣。

因為還沒整理，也沒有家具，只有一台老舊冷氣，原本打算大選完再出租，
但若剛好有人有興趣且願意租沒有家具的套房，也可以來看。
還有我在同棟地下一樓有獨立平面車位，
若車位與套房一起租，算每月一萬元就好。
