題目關鍵字提醒：考生要選政府spend less money on，
Not spend MORE money on 大家可別看錯題目了!
大家在考試時選定了立場後，接下來就是先想兩個理由。
★★★記住，你選擇(A)的理由，就是你不選(B) (C) 的理由。
請看以下說明。
如果我選擇政府應該花較少的錢在Libraries上面，
理由一是因為預算刪減在(A)Libraries 會影響的人數比較少。
言下之意是說，預算刪減在 (B)Public Transportation or on (C)Police force
將會影響到很多人。這就是說，你選擇A的原因，就是你不選擇 BC的原因。
理由二是政府預算投資在(A)Libraries 並不會讓人民對政府有信心。
換言之，政府將預算花在(B)Public Transportation 使交通方便
或者是花錢在(C)Police Force藉以維持治安，會讓人民對政府有信心。
因此，政府應該cut budget on (A)Libraries。
