Subject to SEC Approval, Companies and Corporations should no longer be
forced to “Report” on a quarterly basis (Quarterly Reporting!), but rather
to Report on a “Six (6) Month Basis.” This will save money, and allow
managers to focus on properly running their companies. Did you ever hear the
statement that, “China has a 50 to 100 year view on management of a company,
whereas we run our companies on a quarterly basis???” Not good!!!
如果 SEC（美國證券交易委員會）同意的話，公司以後就不用再每三個月交一次報告了，
而是改成半年報一次。這樣能省下不少錢，也能讓主管們更專心把公司經營好。
你有聽過這句話嗎？「中國在經營企業時看的，是 50 到 100 年的長遠目標；而我們卻
只看每一季的表現。」這樣真的不妙啊！
