New York Community Bancorp slumps 20% in postmarket trading. The company said
it’s delaying its 10-K filing after identifying material weaknesses in its
internal controls related to internal loan reviews.

窩的NYCB，4.25均價，科科。周末有空再來看一下所謂的內部貸款監控到底出了啥問題，
感覺好像有點大條，自從去年併了Signature之後就開始爆出各種問題，但NYCB算是個地
區銀行而已，要造成systematic financial crisis的機會目前看來還是很低的。
