以台灣來說的話滯留費(延滯費)是該區港務局制定的費率為主

以下個人看法
基本上這些倉庫港務局會出租給儲運公司，詳細費率可能會再依照儲運公司規定收取
看規定超過一定時間未取還有懲罰費這樣，現在美國應該是港口貨太多整個運不完，進出
口都在搶櫃搶倉，搭配全球各種花式塞船塞港，那這些放很久的貨品自然會被收取高額滯
留費。
