錢不夠....應是指財富的分配不均 而且是誇張到比上個世紀 共產黨把kmt趕跑到台灣
那個時代還誇張 已經瀕於共產黨能控制的臨界點了
共產黨還能有效管理大陸是因為對社會的掌控度還夠 但難保不會出現官逼民反...
另之所以要在這三中全會中想動農村也是因為 都巿已經搞差不多了
農村還是沒什麼大變動 但是你又要放寬人口的增加 又要生產足夠的糧食...
但要又要持經濟成長推動經濟建設 (要建設要土地吧....要土地就=要動農地吧??)
對老共來說 要餵飽13億人口的胃...這個難度 不輸給登陸火星吧...
