You will be working with an extremely talented RD team based in Seoul,
Singapore and Taiwan, to build a world-class cloud Human Resources SaaS
solution.
Product Manager:
Responsibilities
‧ Work with internal and external stakeholders to define the product roadmap
‧ Research and understand customer requirements, competitive offerings
‧ Research and understand regulations and other industry constraints
‧ Research and understand cases from customer support, operations, marketing
and sales
‧ Translate that understanding into prototypes, feature specs, and execute
the plan with engineers and designers, delivering quality products
‧ Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be
used to create product specifications for each product
‧ Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
‧ Work with product copywriters on content requirements
‧ Work with product marketing to communicate releases to users
‧ Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
‧ Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company
products
Requirements
‧ 5-8 years of product management experience in IT sector
‧ Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in
software development and web technologies
‧ Excellent written, verbal communication and client-facing skills
‧ Strong analytical & quantitative skills and sound business judgment, and a
proven ability to take ownership, conduct data-driven deep dives, and deliver
results
‧ Pay great attention to detail. "Pixel perfect isn't an ideal, it is a
requirement"
Nice to haves
‧ Prior experience at a start-up working in a hyper-growth environment
‧ Knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits
‧ Experience with B2B or SaaS business and product
‧ A degree in Computer Science or a related field
‧ Experience with collaboration tools (JIRA and Confluence)
QA Engineer:
We will be focus on the best practice of manual test and would like you to
help us
to figure out the way to automation
Responsibilities
‧ Product Quality Control & QA Testing
‧ Test plan, test case design, creation, execution and reporting of results
‧ Defect reporting, tracking and correction verification (including
regression testing)
‧ Application version and release management
‧ QA/test process diagnosis and efficiency improvement
Requirements
‧ 5+ years of QA experience on web/app services
‧ Experience in creating test scenarios and managing updates
‧ Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, and
Git
‧ Expereince with any test case management tool
‧ Strong understanding of web applications and iOS/Android applications
‧ English and Mandarin communication skills
Nice to haves
‧ Experience in managing test case for large scale system
‧ Experience in setting/using web/app UI test automation tools
‧ Experience in any script language
‧ Experience in developing web/app services
Frontend Engineer:
Responsibilities
‧ Develop single page web application on React
‧ Build Android/iOS app with React Native
‧ Build Swingvy's Design System that can be universally used
for both web and mobile
Requirements
‧ 5+ years of experience
‧ Experience in frontend Javascript framework(React, AngularJS, Vue.js)
‧ Understanding of design patterns including
unidirectional Data Flow, MVC, etc.
‧ Ability to communicate in English
Nice to have
‧ In-depth experience in Javascript structure optimized for
large-scale web service
‧ Ability to utilize recent Javascript language such as ECMAScript 2015
‧ Participation in opensource project
‧ Experience in TypeScript
‧ Experience in mobile app develop on React Native
‧ Experience in startup
Backend Engineer:
Responsibilities
‧ Develop Swingvy's main service API
‧ Design Micro-service architecture, develop related system and apply to
service
‧ Run Cloud infrastructure, monitor logs and detect any errors (DevOps)
Requirements
‧ 5+ years of experience
‧ Ability to design web application's REST API
‧ Experience in Micro-service architecture application development
‧ Experience in Java-based web service including
Java, Spring Framework(Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch),
Maven, IntelliJ, Jenkins, Git, Bash shell script, etc.
‧ Strong coding skills based on the understanding of unit/integration test
‧ Ability to communicate in English
Nice to have
‧ Experience in AWS-based infra and distributed system
‧ Experience in co-working with Frontend
‧ Experience in Back office tool development
‧ User behavior data analysis

Senior QA Engineer: : 1.0M ~ 1.5M
Senior Frontend Engineer : 1.2M ~ 1.8M
Senior Backend Engineer : 1.2M ~ 1.8M
公司內部的職等目前沒有Senior engineer的title,但我們目前把重心放在有五年以上
相關經驗
PTT這邊將薪資與職缺的範圍修改為Senior
薪資: 12 個月,年薪/12 即為月薪
年終獎金計算方式: 無

每日工作時間:
9-10AM~6-7PM (八小時) 中午休息一小時
每周工作時間:
8*5=40 小時

目前Engineering team多在韓國,以英文作為主要的溝通語言。

台灣所有的Engineer 跟韓國的Engineering會是同一個team,因應任務分組調配,
不會只開發單一或台灣的功能。

與韓國同事也沒有韓國文化問題,大家都很互相幫忙,有問題大家一起坐下來解決。

不要求英文的話薪資還行 但要求英文流利的話就..你懂的有英文流利要求的話再加個30-50%不是隨便喊喊的

三年以上又有流利英語的,肯定有不少選擇,更別說現在大公司都在推永久遠距工作,一般中小公司即便幸運招得到有經驗的工程師,他們也待不久。人家說現在軟工領域變得越來越卷是真的,不只是供給方,需求方面臨的競爭也是非常激烈的,尤其是Sr等級。
